As the Project Director for the Wellness Revolution Summit presented by The Congress of Black Women of Canada, I am privileged to collaborate closely with the organization's President and steering committee, ensuring that their vision is brought to life with precision and excellence. Leveraging my expertise, I consult on communications strategies and implement their ideas to enrich the summit experience. My responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum, including providing technical support, orchestrating marketing initiatives, cultivating a robust and engaged mailing list, fostering community engagement, and designing all promotional materials. Together, we are dedicated to creating an exceptional event that empowers Black women to prioritize their mental health and well-being, fostering a culture of joy, peace, healing, and prosperity. We have curated an enriching program featuring renowned speakers who will delve into crucial topics such as stress management, financial wellbeing, navigating racism in the workplace, healing generational trauma, harnessing the power of mindset, and much more. Our aim is to empower Black women to lead lives abundant in joy, peace, healing, and prosperity. Join us as we embark on a journey toward holistic wellness and collective empowerment.

As a Set Assistant for the project "Fashion For Breakfast," I took on a multifaceted role, contributing to the project's success. My responsibilities ranged from set design to technical setup and teardown. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in capturing behind-the-scenes content, providing valuable insights into the creative process and enhancing the project's overall narrative. My dedication to detail and versatility allowed me to effectively support the team and contribute to the project's visual and logistical excellence.

International Women's Day & 50th Anniversary Brunch

As the Project Coordinator for The Congress of Black Women of Canada's International Women's Day & 50th Anniversary Brunch, I had the privilege of working closely alongside the organization's President and steering committee to orchestrate a memorable event. With meticulous attention to detail, I designed and implemented the event's theme, ensuring it resonated with the occasion's significance. My responsibilities encompassed a wide array of tasks, including social media and email marketing campaigns, community building efforts, and crafting engaging questions for workshops. In addition, I took charge of intricate details such as floral arrangements, design of table cards, program booklets, and tables cape design, infusing the event with personalized touches that reflected its importance. Collaborating closely with our honored guest, Hon. Dr. Jean Augustine, the first Black Canadian woman to serve as a federal Minister of the Crown and Member of Parliament. Throughout the planning process, I remained receptive to feedback from all stakeholders, implementing suggestions to refine and enhance every aspect of the event. This comprehensive approach, alongside our esteemed guest's presence, ensured that the International Women's Day & 50th Anniversary Brunch was a resounding success, honoring the organization's legacy while celebrating the achievements of women worldwide, with a total of almost 200 guests.

As a collaborator in the "100% All In" Campaign showcasing Roots Activewear Collection, I had the honor of being hand-selected to contribute to this exciting initiative. Rooted in the ethos of movement and comfort, the Activewear Collection is crafted with cutting-edge moisture-wicking technology and 100% sustainable materials, prioritizing both performance and environmental consciousness.
My role in this collaboration involved creating compelling content to share with my audience and community, highlighting the unique features and benefits of the collection. Through engaging visuals and authentic storytelling, I aimed to convey the essence of Roots' commitment to quality, sustainability, and active living, resonating with my followers and inspiring them to embrace a lifestyle of wellness and mindful consumption.
